Reason why there's no e-mount (Sony) to x-mount (Fujifilm).
Both have similar distance from ring to ccd.
Fujifilm's ring locking tabs are just tiny bit smaller.

It is possible to make a converter ring.
However the converter would have to be thin and strong.
